  • Triceps; 35 lbs; 10 reps, 4 times
  • Strength training total; 28 minutes; 188 calories
I really like knowing all this fitness mumbo jumbo. For example, like I stated in my previous entry, 29 of my minutes on the treadmill were in the fitness zone. Only 3 minutes were in the fat burning zone. That could be why I'm not seeing the numbers go down on the scale.
