Pretty good day today. I was way over my sugar (like always), but I'm not entirely concerned because most of my sugar intake comes from fruits. Peaches, lately. I also didn't go to the gym because I walked a bit more than usual at school in order to get books about the elderly and handicapped services within the library.
I like being on this 1470 calorie plan better than the 1200 calorie plan. I feel more flexible with my options, even though it's only a 270 calorie difference.
Tomorrow shall be interesting, as I probably won't have time to go to the gym (again) and I have to run back and forth to various establishments. Can't say I'm looking forward to it, but it has to be done.
